Benjamin Anderson is a multi-award-winning executive and producer for feature films, television, and short form content. His latest executive position was as the Executive Vice President of development and production at Phoenix Pictures where he oversaw development and production for the company for a decade.
As an executive, he focused on building Phoenix’s relationship internationally. Phoenix partnered in China and Japan, launching further developments across APAC with local language, co-productions, and global projects.
Anderson’s experience bridging the gap between local language and global content laid the foundation of building Case Closed Entertainment with the philosophy creating a disruptive international content studio where writer-lead productions.
Prior to Phoenix, Benjamin was an entertainment attorney for talent & literary clients at Ropers Majeski Kohn and Bentley. As an executive, Benjamin’s first post was working as a Creative Executive for National Lampoon developing television and feature film projects. Benjamin started in the business working for Quentin Tarantino’s company A Band Apart.
Benjamin has a JD/MBA and degree in Psychobiology and Film from University Of California, Los Angeles.
